• Multiple Date Data Collection Version 50 firmware allows you to perform multiple data collection runs with a single load from RTwin. Each analysis collection must be marked by selecting New Collection Date from the main menu.

• Adjustable Spectrum Analysis Version 50 Firmware allows you to adjust spectrum analysis parameters on the RECIP-TRAP without modifying and reloading a route. The new settings are only active for the current data collection and will not modify the route in RTwin.

• Compressor Health Report An “abbreviated” Compressor Health Report is now available on the RECIPTRAP. To generate a report on the RECIP-TRAP the display mode must be in single channel and PV mode when collecting data from each cylinder. The reports are sorted under compressor unit name and report file name of the collection time and date.
Please be aware this is not a requirement to generate a “complete” compressor health report in RTwin. You can be in any mode to generate a full report in RTwin.


 

In the advent that you do experience trouble, the following suggestions may help you resolve your issue. • Check cables and or swap cables out with spares when possible. • Check for electrical grounding faults. • Check front panel of RECIP-TRAP ensure it has a snug seal but not overtight. Try opening and closing the front panel. • Call Technical Support @ 1.800.368.6666 for further assistance.

Troubleshooting FAQ'S… Q: When I enter review data mode I don’t see my collected data... A: Press the Scale key to review data points collected.
Q: I only see multiple periods of data in the review mode. What if I want to see only a single period of data... A: Use the Zoom key to change to display a single period.
Q: How do I exit the Review Data mode... A: Always use the Start key to exit Review Data mode. You will need to press the Start key a second time to get back normal data collection mode.
Q: When I press the Trap key the front panel indicates the trap is waiting for the marker pulses and it doesn’t refresh the flip up display or turn the flip up display on when it should... A: Enter and then exit the menu or point up then point down.
